This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information that the Cake Constructor Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), located at the domain name https://cakeconstruktor.online, may obtain about the User during their use of the Website and Service.

— Processing subscription payments via Lemon Squeezy (payment data is handled by the payment processor, not by us).

4.1. The Service provides technological infrastructure through which the end clients of Users (pastry chefs) may transmit data for orders (name, phone, delivery address).
4.2. The Service carries out automated processing (transit and structuring) of this data exclusively on behalf of the User (pastry chef).
4.3. The Service does not use the end client data of pastry chefs for its own commercial purposes, does not transfer it to third parties, and does not permanently store it beyond the scope of fulfilling obligations to the User. Responsibility for obtaining consent from their clients lies entirely with the User (pastry chef).
5.1. The Administration takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, or blocking.
5.2. Data is not transferred to third parties, except when necessary for the functioning of the Service (e.g., transmitting text requests to OpenAI/Anthropic neural network APIs for the AI assistant) or upon lawful request from government authorities.
5.3. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC. We do not store or process credit card information on our servers.
